Beach to Bay   If you are a first time or beginner paddle with a desire to bring your fitness outdoors under the sunshine and on the water, then this training program is for you! Coaches Carleen & Nickey will be with you every stroke of the way to competing in the 1 or 3 mile course at Bay Bridge Paddle.

On May 4, get ready to press the reset button on your health, hormones and metabolism in our Real Food Reset, a 30-day functional nutrition program that will teach you what foods to eat and how to prepare them to heal your gut, lose weight, reverse inflammation and detoxify your body.
